“FOCUS” Makes Success in Business and Life Strategy
Focus is an element of strategy and thus an integral component for success. I cannot over emphasize the importance and the benefits that can be achieved by keeping focused. Focus works well in all spheres of life, particularly when you are starting out fishing for your audience from a large population. It becomes significantly important to satisfy (or even over deliver) your audience with specifics of your service. The internet always makes a good example of a very large population from which marketers should draw a niche group.
No matter the time it takes, success is facilitated by keeping focused. If you study the lives of millionaires and billions, you will always find the aspect of focus. I often use musicians to make an example of success through focus. Bellow I put together some important points that make a successful strategy. Note that almost all the points are centered around focusing.
Characteristics of Successful Strategy Vision
- Visionary picture of the ultimate goal
- Distinct direction of purpose to the near future, it could be detailing the kinds of products /market /customer /technology changes
- Specific enough to show direction to people you will engage in your project
- Flexible-it’s not the once and for all statement, direction of product/market/customer/technology circumstances can change
- Feasible and achievable with available resources and time
Examples of Success from Focused Strategy
I want to make just one example of a well focused website. The sole purpose of this website is on teaching how to make websites. All the components that are necessary to make a successful website are put together in a well structure manner. I wouldn’t say the web’s suggested methods are the best, but they are a good model and one that have been tried and tested.
