Affiliate Ads Not Showing Up Properly!
I acknowledge that it is technical to place adds on your web-pages, yet it is not difficult. Normally, you’d want your affiliate ads to appear on the side bar, on the text in your article or both. When using WordPress, you may search the net, upload and activate a template that will allow you space to place ads into the side bar. This is the easiest method I’d recommend for people that are not technical like me. You may even use the template I’m using as it also has this important feature. All you do is login to your admin page and edit the template plugin. However, my focus today will be on positioning your ads on your newly posted text or article, in the manner you’d like it to appear.
There are several HTML classes available online that could give you lessons on this, but it may take you quite sometime to master the process because it will not be focused to what you want to know. I present this lesson that I learnt from other fellows right here online. You will learn how to center, put to the left or to the right of your article content. You also will learn on which part of the body of the article you want to place the ads – it could be in the middle of the paragraph or at the top or bottom.
After having joined your preferred affiliate company, and have access to their codes, you are then ready for this lesson. You pick your HTML codes (this method work well with banner ads) and put them in your HTML posting editor. If you want it to appear at the top left side of your article, you can do it at follows:
<table border=”0″ width=”120″ align=”left”>YOUR AFFILIATE CODE GOES IN HERE</table>
The banner will appear in your webpage as shown in the image below.

If you want to appear at the middle of your article, just put the whole code at the position you’d like it to show. It doesn’t matter even when you put the code at the middle of words within a sentence, it will still work. You can change the code in inverted commas as you please. For example, you can change table border=”0″ to table border=”2″ and align=”left” to align=”right”. It is however important to note the size of the banner you are placing in your article because sometimes too big banners may make your text unfriendly to read.
The affiliate company that I joined has excellent management tools that would disable an outdated code and your article will be normal. There wont be any blank spaces in the position where the banner(s) were. I hope many have this features. You therefore mustn’t worry at all about expired codes because they’ll take care of themselves.
This simple lesson can complement your money making combination to best results. I’m using it in this blog
and it hasn’t generated any problems for me at all. If you are more technical than I am, you are welcome to coach me as well and lets all learn something from this post.
