The Breakthrough for African Internet Marketers on PayPal through FNB
Thumps up for FNB (First National Bank) for being innovative and put customers at top priority. I’m one happy customer for the PayPalbreakthrough that FNB has brought to us. Yes, FNB is not paying me for this post. I don’t know about the other banks in the region, but I’m growing to like FNB. This bank has now helped us, Internet marketers, link-up with one of the top and widely used Internet financial transaction service provider – PayPal. I will discuss later in this post on how PayPalcan be a friendly service even for ordinary Internet users from anywhere in the world.
I must be honest and declare that I used to hate FNB because I thought they steal student’s money, as I had several of my friends at University telling of missing funds from their FNB student’s accounts. Today that I joined the working class, having compared FNB with other Banks in this country and beyond, FNB seems to take the lead. I actually have two accounts with FNB; one savings and the other a credit card. I cannot over emphasize the good service at the Mbabane branch.
To South African Internet Marketers
I’m sure even if you are not an Internet marketer, you will understand the story I’m about here. Just for the benefit of every reader, Internet marketers sell products online as affiliates and get commission upon completion of successful purchases that has to be deposited into some virtual account(s). For example, in this blog you will see some banners or even text ads that I get paid when someone follows them and all that money accumulates on my virtual account which I own with PayPal. Once the credit has got into your PayPal account, that money is yours and can be used as you please.
All along, Internet marketers in the region haven’t been able to transfer their funds to local currency, local banks accounts as well as withdraw from PayPal, no matter how big the account is at PayPal. You would either have to use up the money on other internet services or await an opportunity such as this one opened by FNB to Internet marketers – opening a local PayPal account in a local bank.
For those of us that are using Google AdSense, we can now opt for the PayPaloption to clear our commission from Google – FNB will do the rest. Actually, I will recommend this service to my friend at tfolakele.com who has a Google check that he didn’t deposit because all the funds would be drained into bank charges. Just as I said, nobody from FNB influenced me to write this article but I voluntary wrote it. You may recommend to me another bank that would help me transfer my virtual PayPal account funds for local usage, if you know one.
