2. Motivational Talks
2.1. Pre-done Topics
I have carefully created modules to address the following topics:
- Unlocking Your God Given Potential – Though this module is Biblically supported, it has strong generic but powerful points to prompt productivity and improve performance for employees and entrepreneurs.
- Taking the ‘Like YOU’ Position – This module takes about 3 to 4 hours to present and may extend to the whole day because of its detail.
A survey was carried out in Swaziland to ascertain what a person’s life history defines for his current profession. This was done for 16 common professions and was supported with literature review from the internet. For example, we got to know that Accountants are more appreciative and less wasteful than Nurses.
Our philosophy is based on that a growing child can then be guided to nurture their passions inline with their ‘Like YOU’ positions and get to what they want to be faster.
Note: All participants get a copy of the survey out come that has workbook pages in it.
2.2. Custom Motivational Topics
I’m as good as articles in this blog display at customizing your topic for any audience. I however wont do well with preschool children as I would with high teenagers and older.
